Registration Steps

Registration is in person only at this time

1. Complete Participant Contract & Parental Consent Form

2. Proof of Residency

3. Original Birth Certificate (1st year players only)

4. Full year report card for 2025-26 school year.

5. Physical Form

Registration Info

Fee: $500

Register early to secure your spot! Payment plans are available.  $100 deposit is required.
Full payment must be received by July 1st 2026.

Season Info

Conditioning clinics starting June 2nd from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM, and continuing every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM through July 9th. These clinics are highly recommended to help players get prepared for the season.

 Our official season begins on July 14th.

 At Chino Pop Warner, safety is our top priority. We focus on building life skills, promoting good sportsmanship, and developing future leaders on and off the field.
