How do I register?
Registration is currently in person only. Please attend one of our in person sign-up dates or contact us for more information.
What ages can participate?
Football: Ages 5–14
Cheer: Ages 3–14
Challengers Program: 5+
(League age is based on age as of July 14)
What are the fees?
Football: $500
Cheer: $600
Challengers Football: $100
Challengers Cheer: $450
What does registration include/not include?
Football: Game uniform. Mouth guard. Socks. Rental of Helmet, Pads, Practice pants & Jersey. Basic picture package. End of season medal.
8 regular season games & 1 scrimmage.
Not Included: Cleats & Girdle
Cheer: Uniform. Game day bow. Game shoes. Poms. Warm Ups. Basic picture package. End of season medal. 8 regular season games.
Wescon Regional Comp.
Not Included: Backpack
Challengers:Football: 2 game day jersey tops. Sock. Basic picture package. End of season medal

When does the season start?
Conditioning begins June 2nd.
The official season begins in July 14th
How often are practices?
June 2nd - July 13th: Tuesday through Thursday
July 14th through end of August: Monday through Thursday
End of August through End of Season: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Where are Practices?
Ayala Park Football Stadium - 14225 Central Ave. Chino
When & Where are Games Played?
Saturdays.
If team is playing home it will be held at Ayala Park Football Stadium.
If team is playing away team will travel to near by city.
What is your refund policy?
No refunds will be issued after July 15th.
Refunds before July 15th will be issued minus the cost of any spirit wear or uniform items already ordered.
